Hallo, die in CURA angegebene Plattform Größe ist 330x230mm, aber tatsächlich ist die Glasplatte 355mm breit. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Größe so anzupassen, dass der S5 sie auch akzeptiert? Wenn nämlich in CURA die Werte vergrößert werden, dann akzeptiert der S5 das beim Druckstart nicht. Eigentlich spricht nichts gegen eine Erweiterung, da der Druckkopf weder rechts noch links anschlägt, wenn er die komplette Glasfläche bedrucken würde. Besten Dank für einen konstruktive Rückantwort.

 

Übrigens: wir drucken seit Jahren mit den Ultimakern und  haben sehr viel Druckerfahrung und kennen uns bei den Geräten sehr gut aus

    Das Bauteil ist 335mm breit und würde mechanisch noch auf die Platte passen; es braucht allerdings PVA Stützen. Die starren Firmware Maße lassen (vorsichtshalber) die Größe nicht zu. Gibt´´´ s hier keine Änderungsmöglichkeit?

    Da gibt es nicht wirklich viel Spielraum. Sobald du mit beiden Cores druckst, wird die druckbare Fläche kleiner, da ja beide Düsen im Normalfall die zu bedruckende Fläche noch erreichen müssen und du dann aber auch schon mit der Breite des Druckkopfes und der Seitenwand eingeschränkt bist.

     

    Du kannst nur versuchen ob du das Bauteil (je nach Größe) diagonal platzieren kannst. So helfe ich mir manchmal wenn es sich gerade nicht mehr ausgeht. Funktioniert aber natürlich nur bei schmalen Teilen.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
