Importing profile and settings from backup

Hi guys I have a question about Cura.
I recently updated my Mac to Big Sur and because of an issue which was slowing down my CPU I had to wipe-out everything and re-install manually all the applications as before.
By doing this, Cura has been installed as a fresh new Software...so my question is, how do I bring back all my previous settings and profiles from my backup drive? Which folder I have to search for ??
