Posted · Imperfection lors du slice

Bonjour,

 

Je voudrais imprimer la piece suivante, mais quand je slice, j'ai une imperfection de carré que je n'arrive pas à supprimer. La couche du dessous est ok, mais sur cette couche j'ai des zigzag. Idem pour la 1er couche. J'ai passé le fichier dans fusion, je l'ai convertie de Mesh en body puis à nouveau en stl.

    Si tu utilises la vue XRAY, tu verras la séparation entre les deux pièces.
    Si tu utilises Meshmixer, tu pourras utiliser la fonction "Edit" >"Separate shells" et tes deux objets apparaitront.

    Mais que ce passe-t-il ?
    Dans un objet surfacique, les courbes sont définies par des segments.
    Ces segments seront des sommets de faces.
    Dans ton objets, des faces sont très légèrement décalées donc un "gap" apparait entre ces quelques faces, ce qui est interprété à juste titre par CURA comme un espace entre les faces.

    Solution : augmenter très légèrement la taille de l'objet au centre en X/Y genre 0,01 mm pour que les bords des deux pièces se chevauchent puis fusionner.
