Hallo,

 

neu im Bereich des 3d Drucks habe ich es heute wenigstens mal hingekriegt, einen Kontrollwürfel (siehe Bild) zu drucken, mit dessen Qualität Experten aber nicht zufrieden sind. Der zweite "erfolgreiche" Druck, die Produktion eines Penholders für meinen Eleksmaker Mega Engraver, war dann eine richtige Katastrophe: total unsauber und instabil (siehe Bild).

 

Ich möchte wissen, was ich an den ich würde schon beinahe sagen hunderten Einstellmöglichkeiten von Cura verbessern kann, um ein besseres Resultat zu erzielen.

Mein Drucker: Creality Ender 3 Pro

 

Ich habe ein Tutorialvideo über den Aufbau des Druckers und einen ersten Druck angeschaut. In diesem Video wurde Prusa Slicer eingesetzt und für den Ender gab es ein File mit den Einstellungen zum Downloaden, das in das Programm importiert wurde und schon waren alle Einstellungen vorgenommen.

Gibt es sowas auch in Cura`?

    Du musst Dir schon Gedanken machen wie man die am besten Bearbeitet.

    Zum Teil sind Helfer notwendig um das Teil sauber zu fertigen.

    Wichtig sind Hast Du dein Drucker sauber kalibriert, sofern es Dir möglich ist.

    Um schnellen Erfolg zu sehen, reduziere die Schichtdicke, und steigere  die Wanddicke auf 0,8-1,2 mm bei einer Nozzle von ø0,40 mm.  Um Stabiiltät zu bekommen steigere den Füllfaktor.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
