    Hi @tcookj66,

    Welcome in here.

Sorry, but i do not think the later versions of Cura is made for Windows using 32 bit, maybe Linux but I'm not sure..

Cura 4.8.0 need some "computer resources" to work well with Windows 10..

The latest version of Cura made for Win 32 bit system, -might be Cura 2.3.1, I'll think.

    You'll find it here:

    https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/releases/tag/2.3.1

    Thanks

    Torgeir

Ultimaker Cura stopped being supported with Windows 32bit a while ago. You can find previous versions at this link. I want to say I think the last one that supported 32bit windows was in the 2.x series so you'll have to scroll back a ways. I'm not using Windows and am not 100% sure of which version was the final 32bit Cura. Cura 4.8 won't run on 32bit.

Thank you guys for the help, I did end up installing win 10 pro 64bit on that laptop, it has a 64bit system. But as Torgier mentioned it uses a lot of its "resources" so I uninstalled it due to failure at startup. I bought a better laptop and upgraded the crap out of it and today is the day I see what Ive created and test it with cura

    Good evening team,

I would like to use Cura to generate .gcode to an Ender 3 printer. Such a printer is of course not available in such a version of Cura 2.3.1. Can you help please how to configure the software in this case ?

I am stuck because no way to enter negative coordinates for the printhead settings (Xmin and Ymin).

I have attached a screenshot of Cura 2.3.1.

Should I then directly copy/paste the script for an Ender 3 below ?

    Thanks for your help !

    Warm regards.

While I can't speak to using versions of Cura that old, I can tell you that the print head setting is mainly (and by that I mean "as far as I know, only" but then @ahoeben comes in and corrects me) used for printing things in "one at a time" mode to make sure there's enough room around each item that the head doesn't knock something else over.

Just enter the numbers as positive instead. The values are defined as distances, and distances cannot be negative. It would probably be clearer to say "left" instead of "x min" and "right" instead of "x max".
