Posted · Where is the Serial Number on the silver stick?

Hi

I’m having an issue finding the serial number on the silver sticker. Right after “Serial Number” on the sticker is just a bunch of foreign characters. No numbers. Can someone please tell me where the on the sticker is the serial number?
thanks

yes I know what you mean.  But then there should be a bar code and under that it should have "S/N" and then the serial number.

Your reseller can look that up.  In other words if you bought this used then find a big reseller in your area (maybe igo3d?) and email them with the serial number.  It may still be under warranty.

The distributors and resellers do not have access to the production documentation of an individual printer at Ultimaker.

Distributors know through which reseller a printer was sold and can forward an inquiry.

Please be aware that often warranty applies only to the original owner and is not passed on when a printer is sold.
