Lift switch misses even after calibration

I'm having a bit of trouble getting the Ulti 3 Extended to find and use the Lift Switch properly.

The parts had warped, the print bed had been knocked about 1 inch to the right, and the print was offset on the X and Y axis part way through.

I performed a full maintenance cycle, including XY offset calibration and a lift switch calibration, but I'm still having issues.

When I set a print to go the print head moves to the lift switch to change print cores, and it works a few times but but seems to miss on the Y axis by about an inch after, even after all of the maintenance and calibration.

It prints OK with just one extruder but really need this working again.

Does anyone know why it might be doing this, and what I can do to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

But if there was a missing tooth or slips it would happen with both Extruders.

    Or, did I miss something?

No, as the lift switch only lifts and drops the RHS extruder (when looking at the front of the printer).

If the belt has slipped a tooth on ONE gear only, then this will cause the extruders to move "diagonally" through one axis (difficult to explain)....depending on how much and which gear has slipped.

Here is a picture of what occurs.

It is odd as this ONLY happens when I use the second extruder for Support. All the belts are tight no missing Tooth/Teeth.

I completed X/Y and a switch calibration but nothing positive.

Could the stepper motor be bad?
