Why did the developers of Cura to forgot to create a settings and profile export function in Cura?

Something basic as an setting and profile function is not available in Cura ???? Why.

 

Also I am missing in Cura:

A pan, tilt, re-target function in the 3d preview fuction.
In the preview of the slicer the supports are not shown?

It is available. There are multiple ways to do this even. You can export profiles, you can export materials, you can save project files, you can import settings from g-codes, you can create backups and you can manually copy the files that Cura creates.
