Printing settings available

In my current print, I have rectangular layers that print at an offset to the layer underneath it. This forms a staircase like pattern for the entire print which spans about four layers in total.

In the first rectangle of this print that is adhered to the build plate, I wanted to ask if there was a way to hold my walls of the rectangle constant, but vary the amount of diagonal material that fills the gap between the outer walls (fills the rectangle). I looked into Skin settings - bottom surface skin, top/bottom skin speed, top/bottom flow, initial layer speed and initial layer flow, but do not know the optimal setting for this or if any of these are what I want.

I was wondering if anyone knew of such a setting?
