Hello everyone my 3D printer (zonestar Z9M4) can not print more than one color even though it is supposed to print in four colors even more colors are possible when using color mixing but my printer every time I try to print in several colors it requires a certain plugin that comes with the printer. what that plugin does it is making a color switch tower to switch color. but each model I put him this plugin at first looks good but after a few layers he starts layer shifting and it destroys the model please try to fix it I tried everything. I tried to change the level of electric current, I tried different models different versions of cura nothing has worked for 6 months I work on the printer can someone tell me what to do?

Have you also tried changing the "print speed" parameter of the postprocessing script?

You'll probably get a more informed answer from Zonestar instead of the Ultimaker forum.

Layer shifts are commonly caused by loose belts.  You have a lot of belts on that machine.  When you say you already tried lowering the print speed - from what number to what number?  What speeds did you try?

You might also try lowering the Accel and Jerk settings to soften the starts and stops.  With Accel at 200, Jerk at 5, it will be slow, but it should provide a starting point and you can increase them until the layer shift shows up and then back them down.

As Ahoeben suggests, it's likely a machine problem so the manufacturer is the place to start.
