I need to do a completely clean install

When I originally installed cura it walked me through some questions on whether I would allow certain things to be installed. I must have said no to one. Now when I uninstall and delete the settings folder it skips that stem during the install. I need to get back to that point so I can give permission to all the pieces it wants to install. 
yes I already searched and yes I deleted the settings folder. It does make me setup a new printer but there is still something left behind that I can’t find.

Go to Help -> Show configuration folder and close Cura. Remove all files from the folder that opened, but leave the folder itself in place. So you should end up with an empty folder.
