ZOffset Plugin and Mesh bed leveling

Hy guys.

I use mesh ebd leveling with manual probe. Now i want to set the noozle a little bit higher for some other filament-materials....

Now my question:

If i use the plugin, does it fit on the mesh bed (pass each point)?

for erxample:

M117 Time Left 16h39m11s
;Filament used: 75.8747m
;Layer height: 0.28
;Generated with Cura_SteamEngine 4.8.0
M140 S65
M190 S65
M104 S250
M109 S250
M82 ;absolute extrusion mode
G28; Fahr zum Nullpunkt
M420 S1
G92 E0; Setze den Extruder auf Null
G1 X5 Y5 Z0.28 F5000.0; Fahre an die Startposition X5 Y5 Z0.28
G1 X200 Y5 Z0.28 F1500.0 E15; Ziehe eine Linie nach X200
G92 E0; Setze den Extruder auf Null
G92 E0
G92 E0
G1 F3000 E-5
M106 S76.5
G0 F6000 X74.388 Y74.118 Z0.3 ;adjusted by z offset
G92 Z0.2 ;consider this the original z before offset

OR does it set the noozle a little bit higher for the whole bed without the mesh bed configuration?
