Printbed springs DR2160 compatible?

Hi all

 does enyone know if the printbed springs are the same for all these Ultimaker printers? I can order springs (DR2160) for UM2 / 3 but wonder if they fit in the S-line and 2+C. Thanks in advance - Yvonne
