Posted · Speed not reached Air Manager S5 Bundle

Hi everyone, for some time now I've had the problem that my AriManager shows an error.
So far, it has always worked very well in the bundle. (Material Station S5 and AirManager)
Now he keeps bringing the error that the speed was not reached.
Restart, firmware update and so on, nothing brings anything.
It was recognized in the settings and is listed as installed.
The filter is also new.
If I reinsert the 2nd filter (0 hours) then the same error occurs.
If I run the printer without the filter insert, it works 😞

With a restart, which is unavoidable when the error occurs.

When the program starts, the fan starts up, briefly quickly and then at normal speed as always when warming up.

The printer's location has also been the same for a year, and nothing has changed in terms of the environment!

I need support .........

Hi @Gonge, thank you for your message and welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear you are having some difficulties with your fan. Have you already seen and read the support page we have created for this error message? In it you will find a document that will help you find the batch number of your fan, and if you would create a support ticket we will be able to help you and possibly provide you with a new fan if necessary.

Hope this helps! Have a great day,
