Help with CURA full settings

When I slice a file using Cura´s quickprint profile, the UM2 printing starts perfect. When I slice the same file using CURA full settings , the printer always start printing approximately 1 cm above the glass(using the same bed calibration and same machine setting in CURA). Can anybody help me to fix this problem? Thanks,

Printing from the SD card still? Perhaps you could send me an example gcode file to gcode@fbrc8.com, and I'll take a look at it.
