Hi @jieunxxx, thank you for your message and welcome to the forums! What do you mean the syringe isn't moving or isn't it extruding? I remember that it might take some time before it starts extruding since it the silicone is quite thick and needs to travel some distance. Have you already contacted Discov3ry themselves to help you troubleshoot?
