printer is showing error02

today when i tried to start my ultimaker 2 printer, it is showing message error02;heat sensor error;please somebody suggest me the easiest solution of this and if possible send me video tutorial.i am reading online modules but i am not getting anything so please send me video tutorial

An ER02 would be related to the bed sensor. The first thing I've check out would be to make sure your bed cables are screwed in well at the bed end and the board end. You may just need to tighten the cables.

If you swap the bed cables and your printhead cables (the heater and the PT100) you can do some testing to determine if the issue is the bed, or the main board, but usually it will be the bed.

i have checked continuity, there is no resistance showing on printbed cable,from two end there is resistance but from another two there is no resistance.there might be issue of pt100,can you tell how to fix it?
