How about telling how to do that? I had to fool the machine into heating the core up by using the cleaning process.
Also, the feeder should be disassembled to assure that the grip wheel isn't fouled with material dust.. often happens when there is a jam and that will wreak mysterious havoc until it's clean.

Hi @CJ_Exit thank you for your post and welcome to the forums! When the print volume decreases by around 80% the error shows up saying there is not enough filament. In the future we intent to make it a little bit clearer about a possible cause, but for now let's look at your symptoms. You mention that the material is stuck in the print core, or at least seems to be. Did the material grind at the feeder, and is that why it can not pull it out, or is it stuck in the print core?
When your filament got stuck in the print core, most likely your front fan stopped working and therefor it couldn't keep your print core cool enough, and the heat traveled up via the filament to a point where it could expand. And now it is stuck.
You might be able to pull it out manually when the print core is heated, and the filament softened a bit. But make sure to check if the fan works. If it doesn't, the cable might be pinched or there are might be small strings of filament in between the blades that prevent it from spinning.
Hope this helps!
