Settings Visibility problem

Hi - im trying to make some custom profiles for printing flex pla.

But when I try to access Printing Temperature settings in CURA it says:

"this setting has been hidden by the values of Auto Temperature, Enable Nozzle Temperature Control, change the values of those settings to make visible."

 

When I search Nozzle Temp Control I find nothing.

 

When I try to make Build Plate Temperature changeable it syas:

"this setting has been hidden by the values of G code Flavor, Has heated buildplate, change the values of those settings to make visible."

 

Where do I change these settings?

What type of printer do you have, and what is the Gcode Flavor set to in the Machine Settings?
