Sizing issue

Downloaded stl file from Etsy that has 3 sizes. I pick the biggest size and it prints the smallest everytime. I figured out how to resize it.My question is why is this happening? I shouldn't have to do that. File is from a good seller.

If you will post the .stl file, I would be willing to slice it and see what I get.

 

My experience is that .stl files downloaded from the usual suspect sites vary from very good to terribly corrupt.
