Posted · New user - cannot get PLA to load properly (S5 with Materials Station)

Hi!  I just began using the Ultimaker S5 Pro Bundle with Materials Station yesterday.  Yesterday, I had help.  Today, I'm on my own!  I changed the filament from the tough black to a blue PLA, but I can't actually get it to load.  The load button on the display is not clickable (photo attached) and the light is white instead of blue (photo attached).  What am I doing wrong?

    I did get it to work!  It wanted me to select just PLA on the menu rather than the very specific type of PLA.  I was able to use it!
