Probleme beim Druck mit Polycarbonat

Posted · Probleme beim Druck mit Polycarbonat

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich möchte mit meinem Ultimaker S5 eine Box drucken, die Temperaturen jenseits von 80 Grad aushalten muss. Daher fiel meine Wahl auf das PC von Ultimaker, da hier 110°C angegeben sind.

Jetzt bekomme ich mehrere Probleme.

1. Problem: Warping an den Ecken der Box. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ziehen sich die Ecken beim Abkühlen hoch. Ich habe um dem ganzen entgegenzuwirken Brim drucken lassen und habe den Klebestift von Magigoo für PC genutzt. Kann man den Effekt noch weiter verringern? Lüftung ist in Cura schon ausgestellt...

2. Problem: Die Wände reißen in unterschiedlicher Höhe ein. Hier ist dann auch die Layerhaftung schlecht. Was ist denn hierfür der Grund? Ich habe grundsätzlich die vorgegebenen Einstellungen von Cura genutzt. 

3. Problem: Beim Ablösen (was sehr leicht ging) hingen Teile der Glasplatte am gedruckten Teil. Das verstehe ich überhaupt nicht, da das Objekt sich wirklich komplett ohne Anstrengung lösen lies. Hat hierzu jemand eine Idee?

 

Ich habe mal Fotos angehängt. Ich hoffe da kann man die Probleme sehen. Kann auch gerne noch weitere Infos bereitstellen, falls nötig.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
