Ultimaker 3 layers are inconsistant

Posted · Ultimaker 3 layers are inconsistant

Even when printing at higher qualities my prints on my Ultimaker 3 have been inconsistent, I just recently got my printer so I'm still learning the ins and outs of it, does anyone have insight on what I could do to fix this issue? Thanks
