Posted · Printer making knocking/hitting

Hello all. I recently downloaded a firmware on my Anycubic Pro and also installed Ultimaker 5.0 for printing. My printer seemed to be fine before I installed firmware. Im trying to level 3d printer, when I do that the printer head go far right hitting/knocking then stops and plate shakes from the timing belt and makes loud noise from the shaking. I did reach out to Anycubic support, they get back to fairly fast and send me video from downloading the firmware on the printer. Anycubic sent me video I cannot open it. I need help, for some reason I cannot level the printer and print head is too close to glass plate. I need help!?!
