How do I specify a smaller extruder nozzle size?

Cura 4.12.1. My new Vyper printer came with a 0.4mm nozzle, but I have some parts I want to print with a 0.2mm nozzle. On my former Creality Ender 3 Pro, the PLA parts turned out much better with 0.2mm than 0.4mm.

With Launching Cura on a different PC with the Creality printer selected, when I click the Material dropdown at the top of the window, I see a line that lets me select a nozzle size. This is not present with the Vyper printer.

If I install a smaller nozzle on the Vyper, how can I tell Cura to use that when it slices my model?

I know I can change the nozzle size in Machine Settings / Extruder 1, but that's cumbersome. I really appreciated the ability to select from a list in the material / Nozzle dropdown with the Creality printer. Why isn't that present with the Vyper?

Thanks.
