Posted · Feeder motor is not working

Hello, 

 

By my Ultimaker S3 is the Feeder Motor 2 not working. The motor is new and if I plug it into the Port of the Feeder motor 1 on the motherboard, it also works.

Does anyone here have a guess as to what could be causing this? I think something is wrong with the motherboard.
