Posted · Print Removed Screen Not Returning to Home After Button Pressed.

I have a 4 year old Ultimaker 3 Extended printer that isn't clearing the Print finished screen if the option PRINT REMOVED is pressed.
The button is lit and it makes the usual beep when pressed.

I have tried turning off the printer for some time and restarting it, no effect.

 

Basically I can't use the printer.
