Posted · Ultimaker S5 Can Not be Connected to Digital Factory

Hello,

When I press the 'connect' option on screen of Ultimaker S5, it stays non-responsive (images attached). The printer is connected to the guest_network within our corporate facility and I already tried after resetting the Digital Factory. Nothing worked. Any help to solve the problem?

    Hey @motuhin18,

Welcome to the Ultimaker Community! 🎉

I think I've seen your issue before.
Brace yourself for some boring advice 🙄

How long has your printer been turned on?
It might help to turn off your printer, turn it back on and intent to make this the first thing you do when everything is booted up.

You have to be a little patient but if it takes more than 10 seconds something else is wrong.
If you are still stuck, do you mind sharing some fresh logs with us?
Instructions can be found here:  https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015583819-Save-log-files-to-USB

    Good luck! 🤞
