MatterHackers NylonX Not Supported

I have an S5.  I have been printing with ABS  no problem, but trying to print with NylonX and Cura doesn't seem to recognize the material.  I have downloaded the profile from the Marketplace and uploaded to the printer.  I was able to select it on the printer, but it has a "?" so that doesn't seem right.  Anyone else have a similar issue or an answer to mine?  Thanks in advance.  Alex

I think it might only have CC 0.6 profiles.

@nallath is right, there are only profiles for CC 0.6 cores.


You have to load a different print core in your printer. 
Do you have CC 0.6 print core?

Thanks for the replies.  I do not have the CC 0.6 core.  That is quite frustrating, since I just bought the S5 with the NylonX (among other materials) and MatterHackers are the ones that added the CC 0.4 core to my order for me to be able to print the NylonX!  Sounds like I need to put a call in to MatterHackers...
