Changing Material Profiles for Ultimaker Materials in Cura

How would I be able to change the settings for genuine ultimaker materials?  I notice that nylon was printing too hot, but I need to reduce the temp for every file I slice.

Welcome to the Ultimaker Community 🚀

Recognize your struggle. There are two ways around this.

Method 1: 

In de custom settings > Material settings > reduce temp

Save as dummy project 

Load this project and load files to repeat good results

Or one that might be easier Method 2:
Duplicate your material
Change the name slightly
Change the temperature
Select this duplicate material when you want to slice
