I have a small part, which physically can be duplicated into at least 4 x 4 array, but Cura complains about not enough volume even for a single copy. I've duplicated larger parts in the past without problems. What can be wrong here? I scaled this part about x0.25 after loading from file. Is this is a problem?

If i look at the picture can it be that you have a huge brim/raft? look at the darker grey usualy thats the space the print is using. in your picture its right on the edge. so move it to the left slightly and it should be fine

And other way in letting cura think the build plate is bigger (but you need to be sure it fits)

    Hey,

Has it been considered that it might be related to the arranging algorithm?
If Cura has trouble finding a place for your model it will place them at the side.
You can still drag them around and find a position for it.

If this doesn't work, do you have a project file for us?
To save a project file go to File -> Save project.

    Thank you! 😄

Here is my project and the model. Also, I don't understand why the scale dialog is showing 20.6 x 11.7 x 0.7 dimensions, while "Object list" is showing 223.6 x 90.9 x 0.8 dimensions? See screen capture.

Ah! Indeed, your models are appearing next to the buildplate.
You can see them if you zoom out:

The arrange algorithm is struggling a bit with placing your models, but you can find a postion for them manually.
I was able to fit six. Maybe you can fit even nine!

    Good luck!
