Questions about settings on a Raft

Hi all,

Need a favor. I am printing on rafts lately and i have noticed that the print it not sticking full 100% on the raft but rather it looks like some points are tacked on the raft.

The problem with this is that the print lifts when the print does not seem to stick and its making subtle wavy lines at the bottom of my print which just makes me mad.

But

the most bizarre part is that today i have had to print a part with big support and where the supports are, there is no lifting at all. all of the contour of the raft is sticking 100% to the raft and that is exactly what i would like to other to the part itself.

is there a setting in Cura to make the part stick 100% like the support does on the raft?

any help is appreciated.
