I have a Ender 3 v2 and uses Cure 5.2.1 but I can't import profiles.

The profiles are downloaded från Creality because I have a Sonic Pad.

https://www.creality.com/pages/download-creality-sonic-pad?spm=..page_1934481.products_display_1.1&spm_prev=..product_63450b4c-43c8-4324-9b18-1172e81585f2.footer_1.1

Other people have been able to import but I only get error message.

Does any one have any idea whats wrong?

    Hey @Lappen71,

Welcome to the Ultimaker Community 🎉

Your Creality Ender-3/Ender-3 V2 comes with a set of profiles.
Are those not working for you? Why do you want these additional profiles?

I checked the webiste that you shared and I'm getting the same error message.
This is not how I would share the files.
If you want to see the settings in the profile you can open it in Notepad or Notepad++.

This is what I see when I open th ABS file.

You can copy the settings that you want over.
Here is a cheat sheet for how the settings look like in Cura vs how they look like in the code.
    https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/blob/main/resources/definitions/fdmprinter.def.json

I hope this helps! Good luck 💪

Sorry for later answer. Yes Cura comes with set profiles but the profiles Creality has for the Sonic Pad is better.

But anyway i solved it. I had to start with a new printer profile then it was possible to import.

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
