Finder setup with different be height?

Recommended Posts

Posted · Finder setup with different be height?

Hi, I am playing around with adding a heated bed to my Flashforge Finder.  The result is that the bed is about a 1 cm higher than stock.   I can't use the Flashforge slicer, so looking at Cura to get around this, given the Finder can be configured as a printer in Cura - at least according to multiple videos on the topic.

I accept the build volume will be less.  But has anyone a suggestion on what other parameter is to change to set the higher bed position please?

      • Ultimaker Cura 5.6 stable released
Cura now supports Method series printers!
A year after the merger of Ultimaker and MakerBotQQ, we have unlocked the ability for users of our Method series printers to slice files using UltiMaker Cura. As of this release, users can find profiles for our Method and Method XL printers, as well as material profiles for ABS-R, ABS-CF, and RapidRinse. Meaning it’s now possible to use either Cura or the existing cloud-slicing software CloudPrint when printing with these printers or materials
