Post Prossessing script problem

I am trying to print a temp fan tower and the script is not setting the starting temp properly when printing the generated gcode. It's printing the temp set in the printer profile for the filament selected. This is after temp is changed in slicing menu.

That's normal , it's working as intended , the first layer are print with the value set in your profile. 

 

 

Before this layer this is the normal cura setting condition.
