Posted · The problem with the picture in digital factory

On the page of what is being printed now, if the printer does not print anything (that is, if printing is not being sent to it at the moment), a picture with an inscription and a 3D model hangs.
But if you load the model to be printed, it is replaced by the loaded model, but after removing it, the same picture appears, which is frozen.

    Hey @Tuburni,

I'm not sure I understand your issue.

Your Digital Factory indicates that a printjob has been aborted, you have to go the printer to confirm that your buildplate is empty. If you have confirmed this, you should see the normal idle screen. If you confirmed an empty buildplate it should take no more than 30 seconds to update your screen to reflect that it is idle.

How long has this screen been up after you've confirmed the message on the printer?

That is the problem. The plate has been empty for more than a week. The image about the fact that printing was interrupted hung. Everything is confirmed on the printer, the printer itself is not waiting for anything.

Ah, I brought it up to the team.
They mention that it sometimes happens when a job is aborted from the printer, but the Awaiting Clean-up is not correctly communicated back to the Digital Factory.

It's a known issue, but nothing to be worried about.
You should still be able to start a printjob, it just looks odd. 👍
