Sliced Model Showing Gray Gaps/Holes In Model

I bought a 3D model online and when I go to slice it, I see gray areas where it appears nothing will print (see photos). I've tried repairing the mesh in Cura with the mesh extension and remeshing in Blender, but the problem still persists. I'm guessing these areas are too thin? Any idea how this could be fixed?

Try exporting model in "obj" format .........I use it with Blender a lot

Read the "thin parts" section here for things you can do to remedy this in Cura:

But it is better to fix thing parts in your modeler.
