Problème de plateau

Bonjour tout le monde,

Je viens de recevoir mon imprimante, et j'ai un problème plutôt original, j'ai commandé ma machine sur imakr, la plaque de verre est dans son emballage en dessous du plateau chauffent, et impossible de la retirer pour l'installer dessus, lors de la phase d'initialisation je pensais pouvoir la relever avec la molette, mais au bout de 2 cliques sur continuer le plateau se met à trembler et faire un bruit affreux, j'imagine que c'est parce que le plateau de verre se trouve en dessous, ma question est toute bête, est-ce que c'est normal que ce plateau n'est pas déjà monté ? (dans la doc il n'en parle pas) et comment retirer cette plaque ?

Merci Didier, j'ai réussi en tournant la grosse vis sans fin à la main au fond de la machine, c'était tout con effectivement :)
