Posted June 14 · ER56, using S7 Pro Bundle with Material Station

Firmware 8.2, fully updated.

I have an ER56 and the material I am using is Ultimaker Breakaway white.

The material starts to feed from the material station like normal then freezes. See photo of location where it stops feeding.

I've reset printer

I've followed the Help Me Fix it guidelines

I've turned on and off.

Please help, I'm down.
