Layer shifting

Hi guys, this is more of a possible solution to an existing problem than a question. I have an Ender 3 Neo so maybe it will apply to other people as well. Anyways, from day one of buying the printer (months ago), once the print got to a certain height area, layers would start shifting. I would check every screw, make sure bed was level, even started to blame the print files, but problem never got solved. But tonight I noticed if i push lightly to the left or right on the cables/filament tube where it enters above the printer head assembly, the actual nozzle had a bit of movement. It was small movement, maybe a mil or two, but enough to explain the shifting issues I was having. So, just for the hell of it since I have tried every other solution, i will see what is going on inside the head assembly allowing a wiggle. I dismantled the head nozzle assembly and noticed 2 little screws inside that was supposed to keep the nozzle tight inside, was loose allowing a bit of movement. I tightened them up, reassembled printer, and my layer shifting problem disappeared completely. I figure once the nozzle got to a certain height, it was applying pressure (left or right) to the cables causing the nozzle to move a touch, and the print shifting started.

This might not be a solution for everyone, but something to keep in mind when others answers do not work.
