Missing Module in 5.4.0

I have installed and reinstalled Cura 5.4 twice. There are no other cura installations. my native python is 3.11.4 . I have this module installed. Not sure why im getting this error.

What OS do you use?

 

On Windows, the Cura version you install should be totally independent of any version of Python you have installed.

windows 11. thats what I thought too. 

but then I found this
