Support blocker odd behavior for infill density variant

First of all a huge thanks to the UltiMaker team for making this awesome slicer free 🙂

I am using 5.4.0

With the print profile set to 100% infill density, an area covered by a support blocker set to a lower infill density (ie. 25%) it seems like there is no difference applied and the entire model prints at 100% infill density. What does work is to go the other way and set a lower density (ie. 25%) for the print profile then use a support blocker on the area I want to have for a higher infill density and set that to higher (ie. 100%)

Is this a bug or by design or am I losing my mind?

Thanks!
