Slower first bottom layer directly above support roof

Hello,

Is there a way to make the first bottom layer directly above support roof slower?

I am tuning up my print speed, and currently able to print at about 80mm/s to 100mm/s. The print is perfect though, with exception of the first bottom layer, right above the support roof interface. At above 30mm/s, the first layer started to deteriorate, but the second layer was much better. I am using 100% surface roof density to achieve that.

Currently, I am using Change At Z, and lower the print speed at that specific layer, but it is not always perfect, since some model has angled first layer.

So, I wonder, if Cura has a setting to modify print speed only for first couple layer? Kinda like "Number of Slower Layers" options, but works for the layers above support interface, instead of above the build plate

Thank you
