empty layers in some part of the print

Hello everybody,

 

I would like to ask for help. I have a model which seems to be okay in 3ds Max and also in Cura before slicing, but after slice it has this empty layers also the print came out this way (I looked but obviously not carefully at the layer view before). Could you help me what would be the best solution?

I also checked the x-ray view. there is this red colored part which haven't been printed at all... This is the picture from it:
