Button Sync with printer missing

Hello,

 

I'm trying to set up a new material with my printer and I've followed the https://support.makerbot.com/s/article/1667410781024 article to do so. However, when I'm asked to click on the Sync with Printers button, I have a problem because I don't have this button:

 

I've already tried to completely uninstall Ultimaker Cura from my computer, and I've also deleted the configuration directory, but nothing works.
My Ultimaker 3 printer is connected via factory.

I've tried searching the forum and elsewhere, but I can't find a solution to my problem.

Hi @Asceda,

 

Welcome in here.

 

I'll think this feature only work with the S models of Ultimaker.

But I'm not all that sure..

Thank you for your reply. I know that it was possible to do it some time ago (2 or 3 years) because I have a material that I had defined myself and it is still in the machine. Maybe with the new versions of Cura it's no longer possible...
I know someone who has an Ultimaker 3 too, so I'll ask her.
