It's always helpful if you can include the Cura project file (.3mf) so we can see your settings.
You'll probably really want to wait for @GregValiant to come here and correct me, and given the curvature of the whole thing it's hard for me to guesstimate whether it's being affected by the horizontal or top/bottom options. My suggestions would be changing these settings:
Top/Bottom > Skin Removal Width: Set it to 0. This setting makes Cura not print top/bottom skin where there's a small gap between vertical walls, and if it's generating infill then that will look a lot rougher than skin. Setting it to 0 ensures it will generate skin everywhere.
Walls > Wall Thickness: Admittedly this is the brute force option. Set it to the thickness of whatever the the the thickest section is and it will do all walls there, not rough infill. Note: this will probably increase your print time and material usage by a lot.
Here comes Cura 5.9 and in this stable release we have lots of material and printer profiles for UltiMaker printers, including the newly released Sketch Sprint. Additionally, scarf seams have been introduced alongside even more print settings and improvements. Check out the rest of this article to find out the details on all of that and more
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
