Printer files available but printer not in list

I have an Elegoo Nepture 2D. I see the config files but the printer doesn't show up in the printer list.

 

 

 

Any suggestions?

That can occur when there are errors in a file(s) and the definition files don't load.

To fix it you might have to back to Elegoo.  Maybe they are aware of a problem.  You might try over on Reddit as well.

My Cura installation has the same problem.  All the Neptune 2D files are there but it isn't available as an opton in the Elegoo printer list.
