Posted (edited) · UM3 ringing and leveling issues

I recently got my hands on a UM3 from a workshop that was letting it go. I have dabbled in FDM 3d printers before and took a break for a while. With getting my hands on this UM3 I plan to get back into it. I clean it up, did manual leveling, cleaned the printcores and bought PLA from UltraFuse to try doing some test prints. I noticed that the printer nozzle seems to be so close to the print bed that material cannot be extruded but there doesnt seem to be any bed warping. I also did a calibration cube and a benchy and noticed that there are some ringing issues and a seam line, for the calibration cube, there seems to be some warping up on the bottom front right corner. I'm kinda lost at how to fix up this printer, do i need like replacement parts or something? Please help.

Printer: Ultimaker 3
Firmware: 5.3.0.20211003

Material settings
Temp: 210 C
Print speed: 70mm/s
Layer height: 0.15mm
Bed temp: 70 C
Fan speed 100%
Initial Fan Speed: 10%
