I don't know about graphics drivers, but the Surface Pro X uses a different kind of processor (ARM) to most Windows computers (x86), and there is not a native Cura build available for it. Windows on ARM launched with native support for emulating 32 bit x86 programs, but Cura is a 64 bit program.
Are you running Windows 10 or 11? Windows 11 on ARM has been updated with support for emulating 64 bit programs, but I think Microsoft scrapped plans to add that to Windows 10.
Also, just a warning if someone smarter than me pops up and tells you how to get it running: it's probably not going to be a brilliant experience, just because it will run slower (especially slicing which is very CPU intensive) than a regular x86-based computer.
