Ultimaker Cruhsing when starting Poblem Solve

when i had opened my ultimaker it was crushing u just have to do is delete it from Users/<username>/Appdata/Roaming,just delete the cura when it's completely deactive it's just solved my problem.thanks for reading.

This is pretty bad advice, folks. It's like putting out a fire in your living room by dropping a ten ton boulder on the whole house. You should try and solve your problem (and ask us for help if you're at all unsure!) before resorting to this.
